The Body Shop: It's better to buy it online

These here are the best shampoos in the entire world!!! - Los mejores champús del mundo, fijo. 

I'm gonna write about my mistakes. I have a huge list in my mind about things that I've done and now I regret. Like that brown hat that I keep in my wardrobe...
But I always learn with them and I just hope that my last experiencie in The Body Shop help you to be aware of this... " little trick".


Voy a contaros todos mis errores. Sí, me voy a confesar. Y no es sólo porque tenga una enorme lista de "por qués" en mi cabeza de los que ahora me arrepiento. Como ese genial sombrero marrón excesivamente grande que se ha quedado guardado en mi armario..
Peeero siempre aprendo de ellos así que os voy a comentar mi última experiencia en The Body Shop para que estéis prevenidas de sus.... "truquillos".



THE BODY SHOP 

The Body Shop is one of that awesome cosmetics shop. Their products are from sustainable economy farms and most ecologic and as natural as posible. I'm not promising a 100% ecologic product, because then you'd have to keep it in your fridge and they would only last 1 week...  Those amazing features makes all Body Shop's products a little bit more expensive...  but It's worth it. The results are amazing and the final result when you enter their facilities are not even close to pull Nivea products into your shopping cart next to a pack of cookies.

Although I love cookies...

But opening a moisturizing cream that smells like fresh fruit while you know that is made with natural products, at the end makes you pay that extra 2 euros. And it is worth it.

The Body Shop has a huuuuuge catalog: moisturizing creams, cosmetics, an entire hair-line, peeling creams... Here, in his web, you have the entire list.

Es una de esas geniales tiendas de cosmética y productos de higiene. Lo bueno que tiene es que todos sus productos son de economía sostenible, lo más ecológicos y naturales y posibles y aún encima de comercio justo. ¿Sube eso el precio? Pues sí, un poco.  Pero los resultados son muy geniales y la experiencia que tienes al entrar y comprar no tiene nada que ver a empujar cremas Nivea a tu carrito de la compra al lado de las galletas.

Aunque me encantan las galletas.


 El caso es que, el saber que estás abriendo una crema hidratante que huele a fruta a kilómetros a la redonda, que aún encima es super natural y de comercio justo, acaban convenciéndote de que esos 2 euros que pagas de más merecen la pena. Y créeme, merecen la pena.

La tienda tiene de todo: cremas hidratantes, cosmética, productos para el cabello, exfoliantes... tenéis en su super web toda la lista.

And... It is worth it? (again????) - ¿MERECE LA PENA?

Like I just said... yes. Of course. Indeed. Too much beer (Deranged poetry!)

And I'm going to tell you my amazing (boring!) story to convince you. For years I've suffered a "terrible curse": every moisturizing cream in the world hurted me. And not like "that moisturing cream stood me up in my birthday!". Nop.... nop... One day using it and my skin became all red! I would preffer it blue... at least I would be an avatar cosplay and not just "the girl with colera in the 3th grade!". Well, for the record, that amazing day I was using the new "absolute red -> make up forever eyeshadow". So yeah... completely like the colera girl.

So, the first time I've entered there it was raining. I was bored. I just needed to spend some time before my boyfriend met me (and he was... LATE!!!). So, I've entered there and suddenly I was kinda raped by a smiley shop assistant who, politely, offered me to try the "your-hair-is-a-mess" shampoo. And, ok, let's confess it: my hair is like if evil decide to have a permanent to Helena Bonham Carter. It is weak, curly and a freaking continuous nightmare.  Really. And I was spending a lot of money in Pantene Pro V, Tresemme and stupid stuff from the supermarket (please, don't make me talk about the hairdressers - those evil emmisarys . who just insist in shave my head).

So, suddenly, I tried it and my hair was, once again, curly and at least combed.

It's DAMMIT MAGIC!  Screw you amazing Pantene commercials! You just lost a new customer. Me! Hahahahaha!

Now I buy everything in The Body Shop. Serious stuff: the make up remover with Vitamin C makes my face smoooth and happy and my morango moisturizing cream smells like flowers the whole day!

Pues sí, yo estoy convencida de que sí.

Para empezar, había sufrido durante años esa "terrible maldición" de que todo tipo de crema hidratante me hacía daño. Se me secaba la piel, me salían grietas y granitos. Nunca he sido una chica de preocuparse por su estética, así que pasé completamente de las cremas hasta que probé en esta tienda.

La primera vez que fui estaba más preocupada por el packaging de los productos que por comprar algo. Odio cuidar de mi cuerpo. Pero notaba que estaba creciendo... madurando... y que echarse crema no estaba mal. Aún encima mi pelo siempre ha sido débil y eso de tenerlo rizado y tratar de llevarlo con un mínimo orden cada día es una puta pesadilla. Lo digo en serio. He pasado por Pantene Pro V, Tresemme, y mil otros tratamientos. He tenido que escuchar durante 10 años a las peluqueras insistiéndome en que me rape, en que mi pelo estaba dañadísimo, en que era un desastre.  Y de pronto entro en esa tienda y pruebo la mascarilla para pelos secos que me presentaban (8€). Sin más, todos esos mechones que no se rizaban ni por arte de magia empezaron a formar bucles, y en menos de 2 meses mi pelo se mostraba presentable.

My messy hair in some kind of... plait? - Intenté hacerme una trenza... mirad el resultado. 

Es magia. ¡La magia de no llenar de silicona el pelo débil! Ríete tú ahora de las modelos en los anuncios de Pantene! Estáis condenadas a cortar cortar y cortar el pelo!

Ahora soy una mujer fidelizada. Lo compro todo allí. El desmaquillante en gel de Vitamina C me deja la cara perfecta. La crema hidratante de morango hace que huela a flores todo el día. Su set de cabello me deja el pelo maravilloso.


OK THEN, WHERE'S THE TRICK OR TREAT?  - ¿Y DÓNDE ESTÁ EL TRUCO? 


Well.... if you don't have a credit card you will loose a lot of promotions, because in their website there are days when you can find a whole hair gamma (shampo + hair conditioner + mask) for only 5 €! And I've spent 20€ in my last shop :'( Bad kauffer Mad Hare!

Soooo... the first time you can go in person just be warned about wich products your skin needs, but the next time don't doubt it and buy online! Do what I couldn't! Be safe! Be smarter!

BEST hair products in the world!

Pues... en su web. Es decir. Tú puedes ir felizmente a la tienda y las simpáticas chicas te aconsejarán según tu tipo de piel y tus preferencias y hábitos lo que tienes que comprar.

Pero sale muchísimo más barato si lo compras online. Y aún por encima tienen fantásticos packs como "champú +  acondicionador + mascarilla" = 5 € y ofertas que van cambiando cada poco.

Os muy muy recomiendo que entréis a ver las super ofertas.  Y de paso, que sigáis mi twitter o que le déis a "Me gusta" en Facebook ;D
